Our client wanted to generate innovative ideas that could truly meet consumer needs and ensure competitive growth for the future. Traditional ideation processes weren’t working. We took the team on a journey - developing empathy for their consumers in key dairy categories, triggering inspiration for ideation that was brought to life through prototyping and visualisation. We then stretched these ideas through crowdsourcing and creatives. The team have gone on to launch products in kids and adult dairy snacking.
