Carlton & United Breweries (CUB) wanted to expand into RTDs via a vodka soda innovation that PLAYed on moderation and “better for you” megatrends. They were looking for a new way to get fast feedback on a potential launch that required total team alignment with a relatively modest budget. The goal: Understand preference and optimisation across a range of RTD concepts, packs and liquids.
